It’s time to complete the required Returning Student Annual Update. This process will ensure your child is registered for the 2026-2027 school year. Parents/guardians of all current Pre-K–11th grade students must complete the Annual Update (OLR) before class assignments for next year can be issued.

- All schools will be in session on April 10. This date was previously scheduled as a day off.
- There will be no Late Start Wednesdays on May 6, May 13, and May 20. On these three Wednesdays only, school will begin at the standard start times used on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Because Prairie Vale Elementary and Deer Creek Middle School were closed for one day in September due to a power outage, those two sites will add 10 minutes to the end of the school day from April 13 through the last day of school. No other schools will add instructional time.

The Deer Creek community has always demonstrated a shared commitment to excellence, growth and opportunity for every student. As our district continues to expand, so do the needs of our campuses and programs. After months of thoughtful planning, collaboration and discussion, one bond proposition will be put up to a vote on February 10, 2026.
